Lynna Moen

Since 2012, I have served clients and families as an attorney, mediator, guardian ad litem, and parenting coordinator. I am selected by parties or appointed by the court to serve families in a practical, caring, practical, and thoughtful way.

As an attorney, I listen to clients to understand their goals and priorities. I provide my advice and opinion and respect the client’s decision on how to proceed.

As a mediator, I am a neutral whose goals is to resolve disputes in a way that everyone can accept and move on. The decisions remain with the clients, my role is to help find a middle ground.

As a parenting coordinator, I work with parents to help find common ground to work together to raise their children. In some cases, I make decisions regarding children if the parents cannot come to a consensus.
